Summer School Selection Criteria :
- Valid Teaching Certificate required. (Note to teachers with certificates expiring 06/30/2026, renewed certificate must be issued prior to the beginning of summer program.)
- Commitment to working all Summer Program dates.
- Seniority within Bargaining Unit.
- 9-12 Summer School Hiring will be based on the following considerations:
- Recent (within the last five years) teaching experience (within the regular school year) in the content area and current certification in the subject area.
- If not enough applicants meet the above criteria then 9-12 hiring will follow district transfer language.
