All Ways Caring Home Care is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator (Spanish/English preferred) to provide support to the local branch in employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.

- Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and processing pre‑employment background checks, and onboarding
- Represent the local branch in job fairs, on‑site hiring events, and build solid partnerships within the local community
- Implement and adhere to company policies and comply with state and federal laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the process in a timely manner and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maximize best practices in recruitment strategies and diversify candidate outreach efforts on social media and job platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, MyCNAjobs, etc.)
- Collaborate with regional talent acquisition and human resources teams with on‑going staffing needs and maintain up‑to‑date employment records
- Utilize the applicant tracking software (iCIMS) and complete data entry within payroll and schedule tracking systems
- Coordinate required trainings, confirm team member certification requirements, and conduct periodic audits of employee files

What you will need:- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Some college courses completed or a two‑ or four‑year college degree (preferred)
- Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software
- Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre‑employment background check
- Compassion for others
