Evaluate and manage patients across the care continuum, from outpatient clinic visits to inpatient admissions and ongoing care. Admit and manage patients requiring hospitalization, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate treatment plans. Conduct daily rounds on assigned patients, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize care. Participate in educational initiatives and stay current with best practices in hospital medicine.
