We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized outpatient care within a community health setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments, obtain vital signs and health histories, perform phone triage, assist with diagnostic procedures, administer IVs, explain medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA RN license
- Preferred experience in outpatient settings
- Dual licensure in Washington/Oregon required within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous
