LPN Post Acute - Sunnyside, WA

Jogan Health is looking for experienced LPNs for a travel assignment at a Post‑Acute Rehab Center in Sunnyside, Washington for immediate deployment.

Pay Local: $55/hour
Pay Travel: $40/hr + Per Diem: $55 per day worked + Lodging + Travel Stipend

Hours:

40 hours weekly
Duration: 13 weeks with a possible extension.

• Provide primary nursing care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
• Assist with new admissions
• Monitor and communicate changes of condition to provider
• Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs
• Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc.
• Communicate resident condition to family or responsible party members
• Implement and follow Primary Care Provider's orders
• Other duties as assigned

• Oregon State LPN License
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN
• COVID‑19 vaccination
• Current flu shot
