Customer Service Associate

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for each customer.

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents (required).
• Must lift 30‑50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (required).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills (required).

Shift: From 17.13 to 17.5.
