Job Overview

Find a Future Team associates are focused on providing customer service by acknowledging customers, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise and supporting store operations by executing daily workloads and processes.

Hourly Wage: $22 - $30 per hour (equal to or exceed the required minimum wage).

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
