We are looking for an experienced Cost Accounting Manager to support financial operations for a leading tech manufacturing environment in San Jose, California. This role will lead cost-focused reporting, strengthen accounting processes tied to procure-to-pay activity, and provide clear analysis that helps guide business decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in standard costing, general ledger accounting, and hands-on experience working with Net Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cost accounting activities for manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate valuation of inventory, production costs, and margin reporting.
• Oversee standard cost development and maintenance, including updates based on material, labor, and overhead changes.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Partner with procurement and accounts payable teams to support procure-to-pay processes and maintain strong financial controls.
• Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations related to inventory, cost of sales, and manufacturing transactions.
• Deliver timely month-end and period-end reporting with a focus on cost accuracy and operational insight.
• Use Net Suite to monitor transactions, maintain accounting data integrity, and support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve cost visibility and strengthen accounting procedures across the business
