• Review and interpret revenue contracts to assess appropriate revenue recognition under ASC 606 guidelines
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue recognition policies
• Process revenue allocation and recognition in revenue software tool
• Manage billing and collection processes
• Prepare monthly revenue-related journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead data analysis projects related to revenue recognition, billing, collections, discount, etc
• Present findings and recommendations to management to support decision‑making and strategic initiatives
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline revenue accounting processes and enhance efficiency

Big 4 experience preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts and financial data

In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with ERP and revenue recognition software (e.g., Rev Pro, Netsuite, Rec Vue)
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting3+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, preferably in a SaaS or technology company

Experience with billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments
