• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.

• Experience working in a technical accounting or similar role at the Social and Economic Committee (SEC) or Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
• Ability to have strong attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to own projects and lead others (direct or indirect) to meet deadlines while maintaining quality of the work.
• Ability to remove and anticipate roadblocks with the potential to impede progress.
• Excellent organizational, investigative skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.

You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. In this role, you will be at the forefront of navigating accounting guidance for arrangements. You will partner and collaborate to understand go-to-market offerings and agreement constructs. You will provide a point-of-view on technical accounting issues and drive impact by thinking on your feet and proposing alternative structures. You will know your way around the codification and other accounting literature. You will have technical accounting and problem-skills.

You will be solving accounting problems and embark on each day with an eye toward overcoming issues. You will act as a team player and will learn something new every day.
