• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and account analysis in support of month-end and year-end close
• Support the monthly close process by ensuring AR-related entries are accurate and submitted in adherence to close deadlines
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and DSO analysis for finance leadership, highlighting trends and risks to collections
• Manage global customer aging to drive timely collections and ensure accurate payment allocation, supporting a strong company cash position
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and Revenue Accounting to resolve billing disputes, credit holds, payment inquiries, and ensure accurate invoicing
• Ensure proper revenue recognition and accurate customer invoicing
• Support internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries related to AR and collections

• BA degree in Accounting or other Finance related field and 3 to 5 years of working experience
• Strong working knowledge of using formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup in MS Excel

• Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
• Functional section – this is a take-home test

• Salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 per year
