Campus Accounting Coordinator – TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection | Sunnyvale, CA

TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, is Silicon Valley’s only AAA Four Diamond Marriott property. Opened in 2022, we bring a refined, design‑forward approach to hospitality—offering guests an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn.

We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator who is highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented.

• Support daily accounting operations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and compliance
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Support audits and month‑end close activities
• Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with department leaders on financial documentation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
