Office Administrator/ Coordinator
LHH is teaming up with an established property management organization in Sunnyvale, CA in search of a Leasing Coordinator to support resident services, leasing activity, and front‑office operations.

This position offers the opportunity to join a professional, well‑structured environment where you’ll work closely with on‑site teams to keep leasing operations running smoothly. Candidates will appreciate the chance to step into a service‑oriented role with exposure to daily resident interaction and administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident working in a busy office setting. Strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to multitask are essential. Those who are proactive, reliable, and able to engage comfortably with residents will excel in this position.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism.
- Support leasing activities, including tours, application processing, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems.
- Respond to resident inquiries and assist with service requests.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Affordable housing experience required (examples include LIHTC/Tax Credit, HUD programs, Section 8/HCV, Project‑Based Vouchers, and experience handling income certifications or recertifications)
- Prior administrative, customer service, or leasing experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal staff required.
- Proficiency with office software and ability to learn new systems quickly required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully on‑site in Sunnyvale, CA
Hours: Standard business hours (full‑time)
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour, depending on experience
