Key job responsibilities
- Support executive and team in coordinating meetings, key business mechanisms and cross-functional/cross-organizational collaborations; build key partnerships with other EAs and teams to collaborate effectively and adapt to changing conditions.
- Plan and organize events and coordinate domestic and international travel; manage timely expense reporting.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities such as staff meeting agendas, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and team social events.
- Serve as the gatekeeper to the executive office, screening and prioritizing appointment/meeting requests while always providing polite and professional service.
- Help develop and maintain new organizational mechanisms.
Planning, scheduling, tracking action items, helping the team unblock key meetings, and setting up meetings and collaborations across multiple partner organizations. Using a full suite of digital tools, leaning into AI tools, and showing willingness to learn continuously so the team can scale.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action in ambiguous situations while showing grace under pressure.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 7+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Bachelor's degree
