Summary
Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support a VP in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem.
This position is full-time.
Required Skills Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external meetingsManage complex calendar set-up and movementPrepare expense reports and purchase requisitionsCoordinate both domestic and international travel arrangementsOrganize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetingsBuild cross-functional relationships between departmentsPartner closely with team lead adminsCommunicate key organizational and company updates to admins and cross-functional partnersGeneral office duties as neededMinimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives5+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executivesExperience prioritizing multiple projectsExperience with Microsoft Office and Google SuitePreferred Qualifications
BA/BSExperience planning, executing and driving strategic events and offsites, including both leadership and larger team offsitesExperience supporting a global (APAC, EMEA, NORAM) team across several timezonesExperience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all areas of workDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesPublic Compensation
$100,610/year to $144,602/year + bonus + equity + benefits
