* Step into a highly visible and impactful role as a CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, supporting one of our key clients in the financial sector. In this position, you'll serve as the face of CBRE - trusted to operate independently,build strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless workplace experience every day.

You'lltake ownership of facility operations, partnering closely with clients,vendors, and contractors to coordinate and execute complex work orders with precision and consistency. Your ability to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service will be essential to success in this role.

This position is part of our Facilities Management team, where we focus on delivering seamless support and exceptional service for every facility need and request.

This position requires an onsite presence four days per week in Sunnyvale, CA, andone day per week in San Francisco, CA. Beginning in September, the primary work location will transition from Sunnyvale to Palo Alto, CA, where the role will continue to require four days per week onsite, with ongoing weekly travel toSan Francisco.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Serve as the primary communication link between theclient/landlord and various vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery.

+ Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors or technicians based on work order requests.

+ Manage the vendor invoice process, including receipt,verification, issue resolution, and coordination with finance for timely payment.

+ Analyze data from work order reports to assess vendor performance, completion timelines, and overall progress.

+ Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders,proposals, department files, and vendor‑submitted paperwork.

+ Coordinate office and parking space allocations to support business needs.

+ Prepare and deliver presentations to internal departments and large groups of employees.

+ Identify and resolve both routine and non‑routine issues within the work area independently, using established procedures.

+ Evaluate options and select appropriate solutions from predefined guidelines.

+ Contribute to team success through the accuracy, quality,and timeliness of services and information provided.

+ Follow standardized processes while receiving moderate supervision and guidance as needed.

** What You'll Need:*
* + High School Diploma or GED with 2-5years of job‑related experience.

+ Must possess a valid driver'slicense and have a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel.

+ Experience in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is required.

+ Basic financial experience,including tracking costs, reviewing invoices, or supporting budget‑related tasks.

+ Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.

Strong communication skills for sharing clear, accurate information.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive, problem‑solving mindset.

+ Basic math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
