We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of the office. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming and polished experience for employees, guests, and leadership. We can pay $18-22/hour.
- Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
- Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries and directing guests appropriately
- Support badge access and assist employees and visitors with check-in processes
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the office space
- Coordinate and manage catering orders for meetings and events
- Provide administrative and operational support to the office as needed
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience and overall office operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can‑do attitude
- High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Natural hospitality with a genuine desire to help others and create a great experience
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
