** Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:*
* · Manage equipment orders through Workstore and distribute equipment/supplies to employees.
· Coordinate new hire setups, including desk preparation, nameplate orders, and workstation readiness.
· Manage conference room calendars and assist with meeting scheduling.
· Arrange team lunches, maintain snack areas, and support office events.
· Provide onsite administrative support and partner with other admins to handle day-to-day team requests.
** Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* · 2-3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate environment.
· Strong calendar management, event scheduling, and office coordination experience.
· Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
· Proficiency with Apple products and tools such as Keynote, Apple Calendar, and Slack.

* · Pay: $27/hr. (24.83/hr.)
· Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm Hybrid

- Thursday. Remote
- Friday

** Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour
