Administrative Assistant
Location:
Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Hybrid) Duration: 8 Months Contract
Note:
Monday to Thursday
- Onsite & Friday
- Remote
Project/Business Initiative they will be supporting:
- Equipment orders through Work store internal equipment ordering
- Stock equipment, supplies, and distribute orders as needed
- Set up lunches, stock snack area
- Order new hire nameplates and refresh new hire desk areas
- Conference room calendar management
- Possibly taking on one manager calendar (TBD)
- Work side by side other admins for team on-site support
Top 3 Must Haves (skillset/years of experience/tech stack/ etc.):
- Self-started, super organized, familiar and comfortable with privacy
- 2-3 years as an Admin - managing calendars, ordering equipment, new employee set up, event scheduling
- Knowing how to use client's products (Keynote, Slack, Calendar)
Nice to Haves:
- Fortune 500 experience
- Self starter
- Able to handle multiple requests with efficiency and precision
