Administrative Assistant

Location:

Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Hybrid) Duration: 8 Months Contract

Note:

Monday to Thursday
- Onsite & Friday
- Remote

Project/Business Initiative they will be supporting:

  • Equipment orders through Work store internal equipment ordering
  • Stock equipment, supplies, and distribute orders as needed
  • Set up lunches, stock snack area
  • Order new hire nameplates and refresh new hire desk areas
  • Conference room calendar management
  • Possibly taking on one manager calendar (TBD)
  • Work side by side other admins for team on-site support

Top 3 Must Haves (skillset/years of experience/tech stack/ etc.):

  • Self-started, super organized, familiar and comfortable with privacy
  • 2-3 years as an Admin - managing calendars, ordering equipment, new employee set up, event scheduling
  • Knowing how to use client's products (Keynote, Slack, Calendar)

Nice to Haves:

  • Fortune 500 experience
  • Self starter
  • Able to handle multiple requests with efficiency and precision
