We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to join a vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of operational efficiency, directly supporting critical projects and initiatives that contribute to the smooth functioning of a fast-paced environment. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will directly empower teams, ensuring they can focus on their core objectives and drive forward innovative solutions.

Project/Business

Initiative this role will support:
  • Equipment orders through internal equipment ordering
  • Stock equipment, supplies, and distribute orders as needed
  • Set up lunches, stock snack area
  • Order new hire nameplates and refresh new hire desk areas
  • Conference room calendar management
Top 3 Must-Haves:
  • Self-starter, super organized, familiar and comfortable with privacy
  • 2 - 3+ years as an Admin - managing calendars, ordering equipment, new employee setup, event scheduling
  • Proficient in Keynote, Slack, and Calendar
Nice to Haves:
  • Fortune 500 experience
