- Requires a High School diploma or its equivalent supplemented by one year of experience in preparing and serving food in large quantities.
- Upon hire, will require fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
- May require a valid driver's license.
