Marketing Manager - Strategy & Operations

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution, driving alignment and momentum across teams.
• Collaborate with functional leaders, product managers, and PA leadership to operationalize recommendations and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze trends in the future of work and translate market insights into business and technology strategies.
• Identify and structure ambiguous business challenges, develop data-backed solutions, and build business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Support executive communications and internal alignment through planning, messaging, and event coordination.
• Define and manage core business processes such as OKRs, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and budget tracking.
• Drive targeting and measurement workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across stakeholders.
• Conduct strategic analysis to identify opportunities for performance optimization and operational excellence.
• Synthesize large volumes of data and insights to develop compelling recommendations for leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, operations, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory; or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues and drive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing decisions at the leadership level.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, KPI development, and change management.
• Experience with systems analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and business insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
