Amazon is seeking an ambitious, experienced talent to help drive the growth of Fashion & Fitness brands across North America. With your strong background in business management and relationships, you’ll play a critical role in new business opportunities. Leveraging deep knowledge of brands and cultural trends, and a solution-oriented mindset, you will identify emerging revenue opportunities for Amazon across all major verticals.
You are an excellent oral and written communicator and possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions. You are highly organized and have the ability to work closely and constructively with cross‑functional teams. You're particularly adept at developing strong, one‑to‑one relationships and possess a track record of successful negotiation.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments combined with strong commercial and business instincts.
- Experience managing the sales funnel and closing new business through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
- Acts as the primary contact for those relationships ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Proven self‑starter with a bias for action who can make things happen when faced with ambiguity.
- Innovative thinker who looks around corners and thinks "outside the box".
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a very collaborative environment.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross‑functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
