We are looking for experienced and result driven Business Development Executive to join the Ant US team. This senior BD role will be focusing on landing new global strategic accounts for our business. The person will be responsible for the global account development, from lead generation, proposal, contract negotiations to launch.
Role Description- Identifying merchant’s payment problems and propose optimal solutions leverage Ant International’s capabilities
- Client facing account owner that will lead internally across multiple functional teams such as Client Services, Tech, Product, and Marketing teams to facilitate effective payment services for our merchants
- The ideal candidate will be one who is an efficient, professional, and contains an “eager to learn” attitude. The individual should be able to handle client pipelines independently act as an expert that can identify, build, and persuade key clients to drive strategic global cooperation
- 8+ years’ experience as a client facing sales role serving large enterprise merchants
- Proven track record as a BD or sales
- Strong ability to work with and lead cross functional teams through leveraging the candidate’s own core business sense to determine the next correct course of action, the ability to negotiate/structure comprehensive deals, and sign complex multinational contracts.
- Able to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly
- Ecommerce/marketplace industry experience
- Fast learner, can quickly pick up Ant International’s product features and values and be able to clearly articulate those value propositions to our target merchants
- Accustomed with Industry/Statistical Analysis, able to comprehend key opportunities through corporate publications, industry publications, or other information sources.
- Good at working in multi-cultural and multinational teams with a proven ability to manage internal expectations, interests, and complex relationships
- Embraces change, purpose-driven determination, and familiarity working with multi-time zones
- Cross
- Border Payments, Tech, or Consulting experiences preferred - Master degree in business or other related fields
[Sunnyvale] The OTE of this position is around $250,000 - $300,000 consisting of base plus uncapped sales commission.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salary for the position across our US office locations. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
