Lead product management efforts for databases and analytics solutions in Google Cloud. Work cross‑functionally with engineering, UX, sales, finance, and other stakeholders to guide products from conception to launch, define roadmaps, secure sponsorship, and drive successful delivery.

US: $192,000 – $279,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 3+ years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (ideation, execution, end‑to‑end).
- 3+ years of experience developing or launching products within databases, analytics, big data, or related areas.
- Master’s degree in a technology or business‑related field.
- 5+ years of experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5+ years in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4+ years presenting technical solutions to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of software development or engineering experience.
- 3+ years of people‑management experience with direct reports in a technical leadership role.
- Lead PRDs and collaborate with partner teams (engineers, PgMs, UX) to turn product requirements into OKRs for multiple teams.
- Own and define project roadmaps and product vision, securing buy‑in and ensuring alignment with overall product narrative.
- Drive product development and secure stakeholder commitment for achieving market‑relevant outcomes.
- Validate market size, opportunity, and revenue potential using user‑centric and strategic analyses.
- Define, collect, and track product or business metrics—both quantitative and qualitative—for new and existing offerings.
