Position Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of Walmart+ benefits and partner experiences across both first‑party (1P) and third‑party (3P) offerings. You will be responsible for creating exceptional member experiences, launching and scaling new capabilities, and working closely with internal and external partners to ensure members can easily discover, activate, and derive value from the benefits you own.

Your work will directly influence how millions of members experience the value of Walmart+.

What You'll Do
  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging market insights and domain expertise.
  • Build scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences and product usage data to identify and prioritize key problems.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, rollout planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through influence and align stakeholders to business objectives.
  • Utilize data‑driven decision‑making and AI capabilities to evaluate product outcomes and adjust priorities.
  • Promote experimentation through A/B testing and rapid prototyping to validate assumptions and reduce risks.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven expertise in project management with the ability to lead complex product initiatives independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross‑functional teams and align product vision with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy and managing product roadmaps for complex product families.
  • Proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to optimize product outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of technology architecture and emerging technologies to guide product innovation and technical feasibility.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $117,000 – $234,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and regional pay zone adjustments based on location. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; life insurance; disability; and a company‑paid education benefit (Live Better U) covering tuition and books for qualifying associates.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management, OR 7 years of experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years of experience as a product manager, ideally on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrated digital accessibility.
  • Background in accessibility best practices and following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines.
