Role summary:

As a Staff Product Manager at Walmart, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. As part of the Cart & Checkout team, you will help shape the global checkout journey, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to purchase. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and business partners, the team drives innovative solutions that reduce friction and build customer confidence.

This group values data-driven decision-making and cross-functional partnership to create intuitive, scalable product experiences that support Walmart's commitment to saving time and money for all customers.

What you'll do:

* Co-own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Checkout experiences and platform capabilities across Walmart eCommerce.

* Drive 0→1 product development, from opportunity identification and strategy definition through build, launch, and post-launch optimization.

* Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, data science and business partners to ensure alignment on customer needs, business goals, and execution milestones.

* Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research to guide strategic decision-making and prioritize roadmap investments.

* Identify opportunities to simplify the checkout journey, reduce customer effort, and improve conversion through data-driven product innovation.

* Influence executive stakeholders by framing tradeoffs, establishing KPIs, and advocating for initiatives that drive measurable customer and business impact.
