• Analyze the contact center market to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
• Conduct supplier financial and spend analysis to support procurement decisions.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Identify and communicate supply chain risks and strategic recommendations.
• Optimize supply chain performance through cost, capacity, and benchmarking analyses.
• Support program management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with supplier management and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience resolving complex supply chain challenges.
• Contract negotiation experience, including commercial and legal terms, is a plus.

• Pay: $68.09/hr-$68.09/hr on W2
• Shift: Onsite–8:00am-5:00pm

This Business Analyst is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

$68.09 per hour
