• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and managing complex datasets.
• Experience in managing and executing recurring operational processes with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems, project management software (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, Oracle Primavera), and excellent Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of capital expenditure (Cap Ex) management, project financial life cycles, and cost control principles.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different regions and functions.

As a member of the Real Estate team, you are a critical thinker with versatile knowledge on the front lines of Google's physical expansion. Google cannot grow without you. The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley work spaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative work spaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead key scope, schedule, risk and financial control processes across regions, including capital expenditure forecasting, monthly cost and QA/QC reviews, project spend request validations, and active project tracking.
• Oversee core portfolio reporting—executive project updates, portfolio performance and variance analysis, compliance, and supplier performance metrics—while maintaining data integrity within project management/financial tracking systems.
• Analyze operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, build standard operating procedures and playbooks, and drive deployment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for regional project delivery teams regarding project controls, financial tracking, and operational standards.
• Partner with regional design and delivery leads, central finance teams, and stakeholders to align regional real estate operations with corporate strategy and governance.
