• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience leading product management teams.
• Domain experience in AI/ML (trajectories, evaluation, and context knowledge).

• Master's degree, or MBA.
• Experience building and executing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies for enterprise observability, cloud operations, or large-scale B2B SaaS solutions.
• Ability to balance customer-centric requirements for autonomous cloud strategy, enabling engineering partners to deliver self-healing capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders on cloud and AI strategy.
• Expertise in synthesizing large-scale telemetry data, product metrics, and customer feedback to drive AI-native roadmaps and automate operations.

US: $281000 - $391000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Build evaluation engines and trajectory frameworks to benchmark and optimize agent performance, safety, and response quality.
• Evolve distributed tracing for agentic workflows, enabling diagnostic visibility, tool execution tracking, and auditability.
• Scale enterprise registries and context knowledge systems, providing agents with tool discovery, semantic indexing, and contextual grounding.
• Own key platform metrics and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and partners, driving platform adoption and growth.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management organization focused on strategic thinking and execution excellence.
