- Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements

- Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis and process mapping
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and executives
- Project management and risk mitigation skills
- Ability to align operational strategies with business objectives
