This internship program is intended for students that are in their penultimate year of a Bachelor's degree program (depending on their program and unique circumstances).

We will review applications and interview candidates on a rolling basis through Q1 2027, or when all roles are filled. Updates will be provided as the status of applications change in the recruiting process. Candidates will be matched with teams based on their background and skills.

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.

• In the penultimate academic year or returning to a bachelor's degree program after completion of the internship.
• Currently attending a bachelor's degree program in the US and available to complete a full-time, consecutive 12-week internship between May and September 2027 (exact dates provided at a later point).
• Excellent people management and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interest in taking on business problems.
• Interest in the technology industry and Google’s business.
• AI Fluency

About the program

The Business Undergrad Internship Program is a paid summer internship for undergraduate college students that are interested in working in non-technical career opportunities at Google.

Interns are placed on teams across the company in fields of work within Sales, Marketing and Finance. Their work is core to Google and varies in scope and in length - ranging from the day-to-day core work of a full-time Googler to a single long-term project lasting the duration of the internship. Interns also participate in targeted training and experiences and have the opportunity to take advantage of the learning and development programs and support systems that Google offers. This includes 1:1 mentorship, a unique speaker series with company leadership, custom learning and development sessions, and opportunities to create community.
