About the team: The Global eComm Fulfillment & Post-Transaction Product team focuses on creating fulfillment experiences that are simple, fast, and reliable for every customer. The team designs scalable global platforms that support seamless delivery and resolution processes, ensuring confidence from order to receipt. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, the team drives product strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This group plays a key role in advancing Walmart’s capabilities across markets, delivering innovative solutions that align with long-term business goals and evolving customer needs.

What you'll do:

• Lead product strategy and operations for multiple complex product families, defining long-term vision aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Develop and deliver financial plans, prioritize product roadmaps, and identify high-impact investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and guiding architectural decisions.
• Oversee product development, ensuring readiness for launch, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
• Build and develop a high-performing product organization through talent management and capability development.
• Utilize data-driven insights and AI to inform product decisions and anticipate market shifts.
