Lead coordination of all Earnings UI touchpoints for drivers, ensuring clarity, transparency, and ease of earning across the platform. Serve as the go-to partner to ensure earnings information is thoughtfully designed and implemented when upstream or partner teams introduce new capabilities. Partner with Engineering and Analytics to ensure KPIs are upheld. Own updates to core driver-facing experiences (e.g., trip summaries, earnings breakdowns, and incentive displays) to improve comprehension and trust.
Support regional and regulatory earnings transparency requirements, ensuring compliance with evolving disclosure laws. Define, develop, and enhance products by building clear roadmaps, writing PRDs, managing delivery, and evaluating performance against KPIs.
You're energized by complex, cross-functional problems that touch both user experience and financial accuracy. You're an excellent communicator, able to translate details into simple narratives and adapt your style to executive, technical, or operational audiences. You're a strong collaborator and team player who builds trust quickly and thrives in cross-functional environments. You're deeply user-centric and comfortable translating driver pain points into actionable product improvements.
