We’re working with a small, highly respected luxury custom home builder that has grown purely through referrals over the last 20+ years. Their projects involve complex remodels and bespoke homes, and they are looking for a hungry individual who wants to learn fast and take real responsibility.
You won’t be a small cog in a huge corporate machine.
You’ll work directly with experienced leaders, coordinate projects, and learn the full life cycle of high-end construction.
Technical skills can be taught.
What matters most is attitude, communication and client care.
What you’ll be doing- Helping coordinate trades across active projects
- Assisting with estimating and budgets
- Communicating with clients and helping manage expectations
- Learning how projects move from concept → completion
- Taking ownership of tasks and growing into bigger responsibility
Perfect for a recent graduate in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar.
