Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and flexible schedule.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage safety programs in accordance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.
- Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules.
- Lead internal safety team in training on hazard recognition and avoidance.
- Inspect and evaluate workplace environments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and physicians to institute control and remedial measures for hazardous conditions.
- Lead investigations of accidents and injuries and prepare material for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret accident data related to occupational illnesses and incidents.
- Develop and deliver safety training to employees and contractors on safety action plans.
- Minimum of 5+ years of construction safety experience, specifically within Ground Up Commercial projects.
- Experience on Federal Construction projects.
- Current OSHA 30-hour safety training certificate.
- HAZWOPER training completed.
- Asbestos/Lead training certification required.
- Experience with Asphalt safety measures and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and proven record of implementing effective safety policies.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to train and lead a team.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to foresee potential risks.
- Bachelor's degree in safety management, engineering, or related field preferred.
