• Prepare budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop cost strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Foster relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of construction estimator or preconstruction experience.
• Experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in pre‑con software (MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM
  360, etc.).
