Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator in California to prepare budgets, estimates and pre-bid packages for CM at Risk projects. You will conduct quantity takeoffs, manage multiple projects and develop cost strategies while collaborating with clients, design teams and subcontractors.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction estimating, a BS in a related field, and proficiency with MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam and BIM
360.
