ICE Group Client seeks a topnotch Jr Leader in Customer Success who to be responsible for managing a small team of professionals rolling out ICE Group Client’s innovative energy management service to strategic utility customers worldwide.
As a key member of the team (Hands On), you will be utilizing your outstanding client engagement, project management and technical skills to deliver a solution that customers love. You and your team will also be responsible for customer retention and identifying additional sales opportunities as you learn more about customer pain points.
Responsibilities- Full-time
- Manage a small team of professionals rolling out ICE Group Client’s innovative energy management service to strategic utility customers worldwide.
- Provide hands-on client engagement, project management and technical skills to deliver a solution that customers love.
- Responsible for customer retention and identifying additional sales opportunities as you learn more about customer pain points.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product rollouts and customer satisfaction.
- Lead small Customer Success initiatives (not required to have been the line manager).
- 7 - 10 years of Customer Success experience at a technology company
- Engineering or Technical degree (preferred), from a Premier University or Institute
- Track record (3 - 5 yrs) of success delivering complex, cross functional projects with large enterprise customers in a client facing role (Most Crucial Quality)
- Experience with SaaS products and Agile software development methodologies (Very Important)
- Detail oriented and comfortable planning, driving and tracking projects
- Analytical and able to gather and present data driven success metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Open and highly collaborative mentality
- Acquiring a deep understanding of the energy market and how the company can play a disruptive role in creating a more energy efficient future
- Understanding ICE Group Client products in order to influence customer adoption
- Leading teams and working jointly with the customer to translate their plans and requirements into a successful rollout
- Collaborating with Sales to present our solution in a comprehensive and compelling way to win business
- Presenting regularly to the customer and company stakeholders on the status of customer engagements
