This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician, located in Sunnyvale, CA. The physician will provide comprehensive primary and sports medicine care, including patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and rehabilitation strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, managing orthopedic conditions, and educating patients on injury prevention and healthcare management.

Active participation in medical education initiatives and staying updated on the latest advancements in primary and sports medicine are key elements of this role.

• Expertise in Primary Care and Medicine, with a proven ability to manage a wide range of health concerns
• Knowledge of Orthopedics and Physical Therapy to effectively address injuries and guide rehabilitation
• A commitment to Medical Education, including staying current with the latest medical advancements and educating patients and peers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration with patients and colleagues
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, with board certification in Sports Medicine or Primary Care specialization
• Licensure to practice medicine in California, or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment
• Experience in treating athletic injuries and working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams is a plus
