* SIGN ON BONUS - $1500 paid after 90 days of continuous employment)

Full‑time hourly position $27–$29 an hour. 12 CORE units required, Associate Teacher Permit or higher desired. Seeking educators who are passionate about early childhood education and confident in their abilities. The Associate Teacher at CYW Fairwood (Infant Room) assumes responsibility for supporting the development, care, and education of children while modeling developmentally appropriate practices and adhering to agency policies.

CYW is a high-quality, play‑based child development program accredited through Quality Matters. Our Fairwood campus serves children from 6 weeks through 5th grade. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, nurturing environment that meets both Title 5 and Title 22 regulations while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships with families.

• Assume responsibility for a team and the development and education of children.
• Model developmentally appropriate curriculum and agency policies while overseeing classroom routines and meal‑time clean‑up.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• 12 CORE ECE units required.
• 6+ months experience in a licensed facility.
• Must start within 3 weeks.
• Live Scan required (reimbursed after 90 days).
