Payrate: $65.00 – $70.00/hr.

As an Engineering Program Specialist, your top priority will be partnering with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware to cross-functional team(s) on time to support product development. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to details as you will be working with large cross-functional teams both internally and externally. Managing and keeping track of information are extremely critical to the success of this role.

• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
• Support budget management and forecasting
• Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders
• Partner with Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
• Manage multiple programs concurrently

• 5 years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally
• Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors and time zones

• 5 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in procurement – issuing and managing POs.
• Experience in distribution logistics.
• Some background in managing budget.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, power point slide decks.

• Logistics role – previous working experience with vendors in Asia.
• Budget management.
• Experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and/or FATP Build Matrices.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 – $70.00/hr
. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
