As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the entire project lifecycle, including managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating them to stakeholders.
You should be comfortable explaining analyses and recommendations to executives as well as discussing technical trade-offs with engineers. You will manage projects of various sizes and scopes, identify future opportunities, improve processes, and drive the technical direction of programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salaries are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is influenced by work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education.
