Position: Validation / Verification Principal Engineer

You Are:

You are an experienced Principal Validation/Verification Engineer with a strong background in ATE test development, especially on Advantest 93K. You excel at creating and troubleshooting complex test flows, thrive in collaborative environments, and are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions. Your expertise enables you to lead projects, mentor others, and drive improvements across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead ATE testing using Advantest 93K testers.
  • Develop advanced test programs and flows.
  • Create electrical failure analysis test programs.
  • Implement new test methodologies for project qualification.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure quality.
  • Document results and provide feedback for improvements.
