Immediate Need
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager – Liquid Cooling to lead the development and lifecycle management of advanced liquid cooling solutions supporting data centers and high‑performance computing environments.
This role owns the product strategy from technical requirements and solution development through deployment and customer support. The ideal candidate combines deep thermal engineering expertise with strong business acumen and customer‑facing leadership to deliver innovative, high‑performance solutions that drive growth and market expansion.
This is a hybrid role requiring significant travel (50%+), including customer site visits, project support, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities – Technical Solution Design & Product Leadership- Analyze customer requirements including thermal power loads, space constraints, reliability targets, and PUE objectives
- Lead development of liquid cooling solutions such as cold plate and immersion cooling systems
- Partner with R&D teams to develop technical proposals, drawings, and documentation for key components including:
- Liquid cooling plates
- Manifolds
- Sealing structures
- Support cooling applications including IGBT heat dissipation and water‑cooling radiators
- Oversee and understand testing methodologies including:
- Thermal testing
- Pressure testing
- Leak testing
- Reliability validation
- Monitor industry trends in chip‑level liquid cooling and AI server cooling technologies
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and continuous product improvement
- Serve as the primary technical interface during customer discussions
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product and engineering deliverables
- Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and operations teams
- Address technical concerns and provide solution‑oriented guidance
- Support product positioning, market analysis, and competitive strategy
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Energy & Power Engineering, Refrigeration, Thermal Control, or related field
- Strong foundation in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration principles
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure design standards and liquid‑cooled server architectures
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cooling system engineering for data centers or AI server clusters
- At least one significant successful cooling project within the past three years
- Excellent customer communication and needs analysis skills
- Strong on‑site troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Experience preparing technical documentation and coordinating cross‑functional projects
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus
