We are looking for a components engineer to join our team. The engineer with conduct or participate in the selection, evaluation, qualification, testing and failure analysis of Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical and Electro-optical (EEEE) Components.

They will plan, direct, review and coordinate the preparation of project documentation to ensure customer, contract, and company requirements are met. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package.

Basic Qualifications:

• Formal coursework, training, experience and/or knowledge in the design, analysis, and/or construction of electrical parts and circuits
• Familiarity with EEE parts testing and/or failure analysis
• Willingness/ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required
Desired

Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or STEM Degree, or related work experience

• Experience evaluating EEE parts for use in aerospace applications.

• Familiar with a variety of EEE parts including integrated circuits, transistors, diodes and capacitors

• Familiarity with or formal coursework in semiconductor physics and/or operation of parts such as hybrids, integrated circuits, transistors, diodes and capacitors

• Non-conformance and failure analysis disposition experience

• Active or Current Secret clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
