Title:

Senior Electronics Engineer

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Location:

Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA

Hours:

Minimum 40 hours per week

• Supervise the design, development, and testing of the manufacture of electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
• Review and approve the cost effectiveness, reliability and safety of certain design models.
• Discuss estimates for time and cost to complete projects with clients.
• Supervise the simulation and testing of machine/structure/system operation and monitor product quality.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.

• 10+ years of experience with Power Electronics: familiarity with power electronic devices such as power supplies, motor drives, and power conversion systems is necessary for designing and developing efficient and reliable electrical systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages: familiarity with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB can be useful for developing simulations and testing electrical systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software: experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, or Revit can be beneficial for creating detailed designs and models.

• Bachelor's in engineering or relevant experience.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Range $80/hr - $90/hr.
