What

You’ll Be Doing:
  • Implementing system‑level test strategies for HAV platforms (HAPS, ZeBu), covering hardware, firmware, and infrastructure.
  • Defining and executing test plans for new product introductions, feature releases, and customer‑specific configurations.
  • Leading manufacturing validation of FPGA‑based prototyping systems, emulation platforms, board‑level hardware, high‑speed interconnects, and power systems.
  • Managing test equipment deployment, including fixtures, stations, and accessories, and overseeing final assembly test for embedded firmware and low‑level software.
  • Driving root cause analysis for complex system failures across HW/FW/SW boundaries and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Building, mentoring, and managing a high‑performing test engineering team, setting goals, and fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.
  • Establishing scalable test methodologies, automation frameworks, and regression strategies for quality and efficiency.
  • Partnering with R&D, hardware, firmware, quality, reliability management, and field operations to ensure test coverage and support customer escalations.
  • Owning test schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple programs, communicating status and risks to senior leadership.
  • Managing external test development and fixture suppliers, governing test release and change control, and integrating factory test automation with CM/EMS MES systems.
