They are seeking a QC Analytical Associate Manager to lead analytical laboratory operations that directly support manufacturing and customer requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, highly technical cleanroom environment where quality, precision, and continuous improvement are critical.

Quality, Safety & QEHSS Leadership
- Promote a strong safety culture aligned with
QEHSS standards (Quality, Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability) - Ensure compliance with ISO standards including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to GLP and safety requirements
- Identify and resolve EH&S issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Oversee daily operations of QC analytical laboratories supporting photoresist production
- Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance of analytical and metrology equipment
- Lead response to equipment downtime and support business continuity planning
- Support method validation, tool qualification, and analytical capability expansion
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making
- Monitor and improve KPIs including cycle time, tool utilization, and quality metrics
- Implement Lean methodologies, SPC/SQC, and best practices to improve efficiency and product quality
- Lead analytical projects including method development, validation, and process improvements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and cost expectations
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers and laboratory staff
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and accountability-driven team culture
- Support training programs to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure product quality requirements are met
- Maintain strong awareness of customer needs and support evolving semiconductor technologies
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DOE, fishbone analysis)
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure consistent product performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a cleanroom, semiconductor, or analytical laboratory environment
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry, photoresist materials, and process control methodologies (SPC/SQC)
- Experience in ISO-certified environments (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) with strong adherence to GLP and safety standards
- Familiarity with analytical techniques such as trace metals, surface analysis, and defect characterization
- Experience with JMP, LIMS, and data analysis tools; systems integration experience is a plus
- Strong experience managing KPIs, budgets, and resource planning in a lab or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to operate in a results-driven, customer-focused environment aligned with quality and innovation
