+ 2 years of experience in a chip design team.

Experience with common Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.

+ Knowledge of object oriented programming.

+ Ability to write and understand System Verilog register transfer level (RTL) code.

+ Excellent software skills and design practices.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

** Responsibilities*
* + Own chip development workflows such as integration, or source control and review.

+ Create software solutions that improve the hardware design process through automation.

+ Work with Chip teams on projects, prototype and then deploy tools to make a positive impact on Google's chip hardware development methodology.

+ Develop CAD solutions including flow automation, dashboards, and write documentation.
